Maintenance Requests
If you have a problem with heating, a/c, kitchen appliances, electrical, exterior or other problems in your townhome, you should submit a Maintenance Request (click here). The request will be acknowledged via an internet response, and a Warm Heath employee will respond to fix the problem.
Recycling Rules
Warm Hearth participates in the Montogomery County recycling program. The containers for trash and recycling are in your community’s breezeways. The recycling rules are posted there. Click here for the rules.
Monthly Activities - "The Log"
Warm Hearth provides a calendar of monthly activities called "The Log". It describes all events available to residents. It is distributed via paper copy or email. Click here for the current log.
Photo Gallery and Resident Forum
The Photo Gallery is for sharing photos with your neighbors of life in our village. If you have a gathering in your neighborhood and want to share photos of your event with the entire village, this is the place to do it.
The Resident's Forum is available for letting others know about goings on in the village. Maybe you have excess tomatoes or zucchini from your garden or need a ride to the store.
Both of these features are only visible to registered users of the Founders Forest website. Please keep your posts only to topics in the village. Please be respectful and kind.
Please do not use the Forum for Maintenance Requests.
By default, the website sends out a notification once a week on Monday morning, with a summary of all posts to the website during the previous week. If you wish to receive notifications once a day, you must change your account settings. Instruction on how to do that are here.
